Cancelation
Cancellations earlier than 12 hours will receive a credit towards a future class or refund within 10 business days if requested.
Cancellations later than 12 hours prior to class start time will not be refunded or credited.
Fees will not be returned for late arrivals or no-shows.
Booking Policy
Payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.
Please arrive on time. Doors open 10 minutes before class. Instructors have the right to refuse to allow late arrivals to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.
Package Validity
Class Packages validity is 2 months from the purchase date.
Unused classes will not be refunded.
Class packages to be used by one person only.

يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ الإلغاء أو يمكن استخدامها لجلسة أخرى في الجدول.
لا يمكن استرجاع مبلغ الجلسة عند الغاء اي حجز قبل الجلسة بأقل من ١٢ ساعة
لا يوجد استرجاع مبلغ الجلسة عند التأخر أو عدم الحضور.
لا يوجد استرجاع جزئي للصفوف المتغيب عنها.

يجب الدفع المسبق لتأكيد التسجيل وحجز مقعدك. يمكنك الدفع عبر التحويل البنكي أو في مساحة تحريك.
نرجوا حضوركم على الوقت ، الأبواب ستفتح قبل الكلاس ب ١٠ دقائٍق. المدرب له الأحقية أن لا يسمح بدخول أي شخص متأخر لضمان الهدوء والتركيز لمن حضر في الوقت المحدد.
